Job summary

Lupa Pets is building a category-defining product for veterinary practices and pet parents from our Paddington, London HQ. We’re hiring engineers to own features end‑to‑end across the full stack—from API design to React interfaces to database migrations—and to ship real, user‑facing product that vets and pet owners rely on daily.

Collaborate with product and design, shape how the engineering team works as we scale, and take ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience in tech and product-driven environments.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record shipping user-facing features at startup speed.
• Experience at Series A/B startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/consumer tech.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, AWS, or GitHub CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across the full stack, from API design to React interfaces to migrations.
• Ship real, user-facing product used daily by vets and pet owners.
• Help shape engineering as we scale; early hires leave fingerprints.
• Collaborate closely with product and design, moving fast and debating well.
• Take on ownership from day one: no lanes, no waiting.
