Job summary

Paddle seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead the flagship Checkout experience, a high-visibility product surface. Own strategy, roadmap, performance and commercial outcomes for Checkout, collaborating with executives, engineering, and customers.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Risk, with regular in-person interaction. You’ll define the long-term vision, balance technical constraints with commercial impact, and drive a data-informed, AI-assisted product

Qualifications

• Hands-on product management of payments/checkout at scale.
• Strong data-driven decision making and comfort with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision and strategy for Checkout and translate into a defendable roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives with defined discovery, specs, experiments and launch quality.
• Coach other PMs on discovery, prioritisation and data usage within Payments.
• Oversee GTM for Checkout launches across customer segments and geographies.
• Align senior stakeholders around the Checkout strategy and craft clear written narratives.
