A leading healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the Transplant & Nephrology ward. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with renal issues, including those undergoing dialysis. Candidates should possess a valid NMC registration, a BSc in Nursing or equivalent, and strong communication skills. The position offers opportunities for professional development and training in dialysis practices.

Ward 7B is a 28 bedded Renal Transplant (14 beds) & Nephrology (14 beds) ward caring for patients mainly with acute and chronic renal failure. This includes Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis modalities. We are looking for an enthusiastic staff nurse to join our team.
You must be enthusiastic, a good communicator, possess good organisational skills as well as the ability to work well in a team.
Haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis preferable but not essential as there are training packages available.
The postholder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward sister/charge nurse.
The postholder will always work within the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct.
