The Princess Grace Hospital in London, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Orthopaedic Ward on a full-time basis. You will support pre-operative and post-operative care for major orthopaedic and joint replacement procedures, within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes and experience.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Post-registration experience within an Orthopaedic Ward environment.
• Experience caring for patients undergoing major joint replacement surgery.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients undergoing major orthopaedic procedures across the surgical pathway.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Work closely with Consultants, Physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and support the patient journey from pre-admission to discharge.
