Job summary

Find Medic is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (Night Shifts) to join our UK nursing home. The ideal candidate is an RGN or RMN with compassionate care and professionalism. You will deliver direct care, administer medications, assess residents, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of safety and well-being.

Night shifts require reliability and empathy. NMC registration and 1–2 years’ experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
• You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
• Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
• You must follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.
• You should also be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for this position must have NMC registration as an RGN or RMN and possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
