Job summary

Find Medic is seeking a highly skilled Staff Nurse (Night Shifts) to join our UK nursing home team in Doncaster. The role involves delivering high-quality care to elderly residents and ensuring safety and well-being.

Applicants must be an NMC-registered RGN or RMN with 1–2 years' nursing home experience, plus strong communication and compassionate care. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for night shifts and changing resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident.
• Supervising and supporting care assistants and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Following policies to provide person-centered care and maintaining accurate records.
• Updating care plans as required and managing emergencies during shifts.
• Maintaining safety and well-being of residents throughout night shifts.

Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse in a UK Nursing HomeWe are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident
• Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents
• Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care
• Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required
• Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift

Key Requirements:

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
