We are a high-performing, well-led organisation with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and putting patients at the heart of everything we do.

As a Band 5 Nurse in our Neonatal Unit, you will be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing specialist care to newborns who require intensive, high-dependency, or special care support. Whether you are newly qualified or looking to build on your experience, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.

As part of our team, you will benefit from a structured preceptorship and ongoing professional development programme designed to help you thrive in your role. Working collaboratively with consultants, midwives, and allied health professionals, you will contribute to a cohesive and effective multidisciplinary team. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to professional standards will be central to your role, alongside actively engaging in continuous professional development and neonatal-specific training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
