Job summary

A leading health organization in Wales is seeking enthusiastic staff nurses for the Gwanwyn Ward at Heddfan Unit. This role involves assessing and implementing nursing care, supporting patients and their families. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively, and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. Job description

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Gwanwyn Ward is a 13-bedded Older Persons Mental Health ward based in the Heddfan Unit at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
