A healthcare organization in Dudley is seeking a motivated individual to join their Emergency Department. This fast-paced and highly visual environment provides essential front-line treatment for both adults and children. Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills and evidence-based clinical practice. The role involves assessing care needs, developing care programs, and teaching staff. This position offers flexible working options and a strong commitment to staff well-being and development.

This is a great developmental opportunity for staff within the acute medicine specialty.
This is a very fast paced and highly visual department which provides front line treatment for both Adults and Children.
If you are motivated, have excellent communication and leadership skills and can demonstrate evidence based clinical practice then this is the position for you.
Please note that this vacancy will be to cover shift work which will be on a 24/7 basis.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development and implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without supervision. They will be required to actively participate in the teaching and supervision of other nursing and non‑nursing staff. The post holder will also be required to take a lead / link role for the nursing unit/department to be determined on appointment/appraisal.
