Job summary

Fortius Clinic in the UK is seeking two professional Staff Nurses for the Inpatients team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, maintain patient records, and support a busy orthopaedic and sports-injury clinic environment.

The successful candidates will have current NMC registration, at least 2 years' UK post-registration experience, and be IT literate with experience in electronic patient records. Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible overseas nurses.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• IV passport
• Venepuncture / cannulation
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience within the UK.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• IT literate with experience using electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
• Basic understanding of patient care requirements within an Orthopaedic Outpatients setting.
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and its practical application.
• Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of nursing care with the ability to deliver high-quality, individualised patient care.
• Orthopaedic experience is desirable

We are seeking two professional, patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our dynamic Inpatients team. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the clinic while supporting junior colleagues and maintaining the highest levels of clinical quality and safety.

Principal accountability

Provide high-quality nursing care, maintain accurate patient records, and administer treatments in line with policies and protocols. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, support departmental standards, and assist in training and orienting staff. Maintain professional development and complete mandatory training, report incidents appropriately, monitor clinical equipment, and adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
