You will deliver high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing surgical treatment, working within a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe clinical care and excellent patient experience throughout the inpatient journey. Key requirements include an active NMC PIN, inpatient or acute care experience, strong assessment skills, and a patient-focused approach.

Staff Nurse - Inpatient Ward
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 38 Hours per Week
Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts | Days, Nights & Weekends

A leading private surgical hospital in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join its busy inpatient ward team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern hospital environment, caring for patients across a range of surgical specialities and supporting them throughout their inpatient journey.

The Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals undergoing treatment across mixed surgical specialities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care to inpatient surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.

• Flexible to work a rota including days, nights and weekends.
