We have the opportunity for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our enthusiastic forward thinking teams within the Initial Assessment Unit, (IAU), in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. As part of this team, you will have responsibility for assessment, delivery and supervision of all care needs within the initial assessment environment. You will possess sound clinical skills for the assessment of patient's needs, implementation and evaluation of care which is evidence based. You will have the ability to work to high clinical standards in this fast‑paced environment. The successful applicants requires to be flexible, forward thinking and able to work effectively within a changing and dynamic environment. The successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills and decision‑making skills with evidence of ongoing professional development. This position offers ample opportunities for education and career development. IAU is supported by its own dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator team, and we are passionate about supporting the wellbeing and development of our team.
