A leading healthcare provider in Manchester is looking for dedicated staff nurses to join their Women's Outpatients Department. The role includes assisting in various clinics, covering recovery, and ensuring patient safety. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided, and gynaecological experience is a plus. This position is full-time or part-time with a supportive work environment.
Women's Outpatients Department at Saint Mary's Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse, full time role for 37.5 hours a week and a part time staff nurse 27 hours per week.
You will work within a large team covering specialties such as Reproductive Medicine, Benign Gynaecology, Uro‑Gynaecology and Oncology. With training, you will provide care for women undergoing outpatient gynaecological procedures such as hysteroscopy and colposcopy.
You will be a Registered Nurse with valid registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to support and contribute to a team approach, have excellent time‑management skills, manage your own workload, have the ability to problem‑solve, analyse and resolve issues. In addition, you’ll be motivated to develop personally and professionally and have exemplary personal standards of conduct.
Gynaecological experience is an advantage but not essential; full training in hysteroscopy and colposcopy clinics will be provided.
