A large health organization in North Wales is seeking a dedicated nurse for the Dulas Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd. This role involves delivering exceptional nursing care to medical and surgical patients in a busy ENT ward. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning. Both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply. A position has become available to join the team on Dulas Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd. Dulas ward is an ENT ward with Orthopaedic, Respiratory and Cardiology outliers. We have 29 beds. Dulas is a busy ward with a mix of specialities so is an ideal place to gain experience, or develop your skills and knowledge in both surgical and medical nursing. Dulas ward have a fantastic nursing team and we look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on our ward.

Duties of this job will be to deliver a high standard of nursing care to both medical and surgical patients. Communicate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, participate in discharge planning and plan, implement and document care provided.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
