St Barnabas Hospice in Lincoln seeks a Staff Nurse to join the Clinical Services team, delivering patient-centred nursing care to patients in their own homes within the community.

Job description

This Staff Nurse post sits in the Clinical Services team at St Barnabas Hospice, where community nurses give palliative care to patients in their own homes. The work centres on patient-centred nursing in the community, across 30 hours a week on a fair rota. Your own transport and a current driving licence are needed to reach patients, and newly qualified nurses are considered alongside those with community or palliative experience.
