What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our HVTI team with a highly competitive salary range up to £46,581.47 depending on experience.

This is a full time, permanent position would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week.

This is a Monday-Sunday, Days / Nights / Weekends role with the following shift patterns :

Monday to Sunday Long Days– 0730-2000

Monday to Sunday Nights – 1930-0800

Bank Holidays – 0730-2000 & 1930-0800

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team with specialisms in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic surgery with some vascular as well as cardiac / medical conditions. Our elite team of cardiologists provides care for common and complex heart conditions, helping to treat coronary artery disease, valve and structural heart disease, heart failure and arrhythmias with innovative, evidence-based therapies.

What will your duties include?

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, proceduresand protocols.

Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expectedoutcomes

Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.

Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the WardKPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.

What we need from you?

Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.

ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.

Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)required, with no restrictions to practice.

Evidence of continuing professional development within digestive diseases field

Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
