A leading healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team in King's Lynn. The role involves providing high-quality patient care and leading in clinical situations under supervision. Candidates will benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities. The position requires excellent communication skills and crisis management abilities. This role aims to maintain patient welfare using the principles of the National 6 C’s. The Acute Medical Unit is a 39 bedded unit caring for the patient with acute medical conditions.
Our unit is fast paced and has a varied level of acuity with a length of stay being 12 hours up to our short stay patients which the aim is for a 72 hour stay.
We are very eager to support the right candidates into this highly skilled, compassionate and caring team.
We welcome applications from students qualifying soon. Good opportunities exist for further training and development. You will receive support/development through in service training, regular appraisals, and clinical supervision.

As a Registered Nurse you will work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team and within the multi-disciplinary framework. You will maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse, taking the lead in clinical areas when competent, in the absence of a senior member of staff. At all times, you will work in accordance with the principles governed by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and Trust Policies.
This role requires you to practice and adopt the National 6 C’s which are Care, Compassion, Communication, Commitment, Competence and Courage. The 6Cs of nursing stand for the professional values and behaviours and commitment to always deliver excellent care to our patients.
