Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join Crossley Place in Rainhill, supporting women over 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions in a modernised low secure service.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care, promoting teamwork and achieving recovery and independence within a residential setting. NMC registered and Preceptorship completed are essential.

What you will be doing:

As a qualified Nurse (RMN or RNLD), you will provide care to women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and Mental Health conditions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have:

Where you will be working:

Location: Crossley Place, Crossley Manor, Mill Lane, Rainhill, Prescot, L35 6NE

You will be working at Crossley Place, a modernised low secure service that supports women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and Mental Health conditions which are associated with significant risk behaviours. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will join a small team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within a residential environment, consisting of two apartments. Crossley Place delivers 24-hour care and is within easy reach of the M62 and national rail networks.
