Opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join ward 24 nursing team. Ward 24 is a 23 bedded general medicine ward. Main duties of the job

Assessment care planning delivery and evaluation of nursing care to a patient team following policies and procedures to ensure safe effective care is delivered.

Undertaking risk assessments and necessary adjustments to reduce harm to patients in hospital

Supervision and support to colleagues and student nurses

ensuring evidence based practice to ensure high quality care is delivered
