About the RoleThe post holder, in collaboration with the Team, will be responsible for the delivery of the highest professional standard of care, assessment, treatment and support of people within the Service.

We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Nurses and in return we offer a 12 month, integrated multidisciplinary preceptorship during your first year of registered practice. This is aligned to the AHP and NMC Preceptorship standards with opportunities to network with newly qualified and specialist staff from across the Hampshire and IOW NHS FT organisation. During this time, you will receive support in developing your new role, lead a self-directed quality improvement project and have opportunities to identify areas for your own continuing professional development as you consolidate your skills and plan your career journey.'
