London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Staff Nurse for the General Medicine Neurology Stroke Neuro-rehabilitation unit at Northwick Park Hospital. You will join a highly skilled inter-disciplinary team delivering holistic, patient-centred care in a Hyper-Acute Rehabilitation setting.

The role covers neurological and acute medicine care, with opportunities to develop clinically and professionally in a supportive NHS environment that values ongoing education and flexible

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Interest or experience in neuro-rehabilitation and acute medicine is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in neurological, acute medicine, gastro‑intestinal and palliative settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient-centred care.
• Support ongoing professional development and contribute to the Hyper-Acute Rehabilitation Unit (RHRU) activities.

Northwick Park Hospital is proud to house 1 of the only 3 regional Hyper-Acute Rehabilitation Units (RHRU) in the UK, which is specialised, commissioned by NHS England and situated within the NHS London region.

We have a combined highly skilled interdisciplinary team specialising in Neuro-Rehabilitation and Hyper-Acute Neuro care who aid in providing cutting-edge clinical research. Who also provide holistic, patient centred, goal oriented rehabilitation programs to patients with a variety of neurological conditions, that you will work with.The Regional Hyper-acute Rehabilitation Unit is a 24 bed inpatient unit and we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse who is keen to develop in a Neurological, acute medicine, gastro and palliative care team
