A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team in Great Yarmouth. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, updating care plans, and leading multidisciplinary meetings. Candidates must be NMC registered with experience in mental health care. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for training and development.
Gt Y Acute is an 18 bed mixed ward with the purpose of admission and assessment . We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and has a focus on person centred care.
You will be working among a team of Doctors, Nurses, clinical support workers, physiotherapists, social workers, psycho therapists and Occupational Therapists. You will closely with the loved ones of service users to integrate life story work into the care planning of service users.
Within this job role you will be offered training, as well as at least monthly support by your line-manager. We believe that within a team it is important that staff feel listened to, and are able to make change happen.
