Springbank Ward provides exceptional career development opportunities in the recovery‑focused care of adults with this diagnosis, offering flexible full‑time or part‑time work and potential specialist training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

Position

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated band 5 Nurse to join our Springbank team. You will be part of an innovative, forward‑thinking multidisciplinary inpatient service that is well‑recognised nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality evidence‑based nursing advice, support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, adhering to local, national policies and legislation.
  • Identify and contribute to training needs of junior registered and unregistered staff.
  • Ensure equality, diversity and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
  • Maintain effective communication pathways and manage the shift in the absence of the Ward Manager or designated deputy.
