In this Staff Nurse role you will:
  • Assess and develop person-centred care plans
  • Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
  • Safely provide nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and management of residents’ medical conditions
  • Build good relationships with residents and their families

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. You will also have a prior background in a clinical role within a care home.
