Odyssey is seeking a software engineer with a strong ML focus to work on real-time world model simulation. You will explore how data, models, and diffusion interact and contribute to advancing the world model space.

The role emphasizes building robust ML systems and iterating on performance across experiments. You will implement state-of-the-art ML techniques, define meaningful metrics, and optimize training and inference on modern GPUs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software engineering with ML performance focus.
• 2+ years of ML experience.
• Proficiency with PyTorch (or TF/JAX).
• Track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Comfort across ML pipelines and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn what makes real time world models tick and how data, models, and diffusion interact.
• Implement state of the art ML algorithms, define metrics, and iterate on leaderboards.
• Be part of a team defining and leading the world model space.
• Exploit latest GPU features to improve training and inference efficiency.
• Take ownership of the full ML stack used by researchers and engineers.
