WeDo Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead hands-on AI development in a hybrid London role. You will scale enterprise AI, design production-grade RAG/LLM solutions and shape reusable AI tooling while remaining deeply technical.

This high-impact position combines development across Generative AI and agentic AI with governance in a regulated UK financial services environment, offering a sizable UK market salary and bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on ML engineering and Applied AI experience.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and agentic architectures.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and related tooling.
• Strong Python software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience deploying AI applications into production in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide staff-level technical leadership across Generative AI, LLM and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Design and develop production-grade RAG, LLM and multi-agent solutions.
• Shape reusable AI frameworks, tooling and standards across multiple teams.
• Remain hands-on, developing and deploying complex AI applications.
• Drive adoption of modern AI development practices within a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions meet reliability, governance and deployment requirements.
