We are seeking a seasoned Staff Fullstack Engineer to drive the evolution of a high-impact Booking Engine, a core system that powers direct bookings, guest portals, upsells, and conversion flows. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical design across frontend and backend systems, influence architecture, and shape customer-facing experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure scalable, performant, and delightful solutions, while mentoring engineers and fostering a product-driven culture. Your work will directly improve conversion rates, system reliability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

Accountabilities:

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of complex, customer-facing booking flows. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Designing and developing solutions across the full stack, including backend services (Node.js, PHP), frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript), and database systems.
  • Collaborating with Product and Design teams to define problems clearly and create impactful solutions that prioritize user experience.
  • Driving architectural improvements to enhance maintainability, performance, and developer velocity.
  • Mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering a product-focused mindset and best practices in quality, accessibility, and performance.
  • Identifying and addressing technical debt while maintaining system reliability and scalability.
  • Guiding your team toward solutions that improve customer outcomes and deliver measurable product impact.
