Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or similar.
• Strong systems engineering background.
• Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Background in aerospace/defence or high-reliability sectors.
• UK National.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor for Aerospace & Defence customers.
• Support system-level architecture discussions.
• Guide customers from concept to prototype and deployment.
• Influence design decisions at subsystem level.
• Collaborate with RF, microwave, MEMS, power, embedded software teams.
• Identify opportunities in defence and autonomous tech programs.
• Help accelerate development and reduce risk.
• Feedback into product strategy and roadmaps.
