NSFT is seeking a Staff Experience and Engagement Advisor to support the delivery of inclusive, responsive and high-quality engagement and wellbeing activities across the Trust. This is a proactive role where you'll help ensure staff voice is consistently gathered, meaningfully responded to, and translated into improvements in culture, wellbeing and inclusion.
