Job description
Staff Excellence Team Leader (Estate Services/Maintenance)

Reporting to the Staff Excellence Manager within Housing Services Central Unit, the post holder will be a key member of the Staff Excellence Team within the Business Excellence unit. They are required to use innovative learning approaches employing a range of techniques to optimise learning outcomes and best use of resources and have confident and effective written and verbal communication skills. The Staff Excellence Team Leader will lead, monitor and support Staff Excellence officers in the planning, development and delivery of training to staff in various locations throughout the Housing Executive, on a range of estate services and associated functions including maintenance training.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Staff Excellence Manager in successfully managing and reporting on the delivery of the team’s business objectives.
  • The post holder will be required to work in close partnership with the Estate Services policy team and Asset Management.
