Job summary

Fin is hiring a Staff Engineer to shape the technical direction of our web platform and systems. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, analytics, and data science to ensure a scalable, measurable, and delightful developer experience across our web surfaces.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural excellence, and contribute hands-on to critical projects while setting the standard for reliability and performance in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Next.js and the React ecosystem.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architecture of Fin's web platform.
• Define long-term technical strategy for the web team focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and data science stakeholders.
• Lead design and implementation of MarTech systems and event tracking infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and set standards for reliability, code quality and deployment.
