A leading AI research company in Greater London is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to enhance safety in Large Language Models. You will focus on innovative data generation and evaluate algorithms to improve model performance. Ideal candidates have strong statistical and software engineering skills, as well as experience with AI systems. This role offers flexibility in location while ensuring significant overlap with UK/EU working hours, alongside competitive benefits and a supportive working culture.

Mansioni

• Focus on data generation, post-training algorithms, and evaluation methods for LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure safety in models.
• Tackle new scientific problems and manage messy data.

Conoscenze

Statistical skills and experience evaluating scientific experiments

Strong software engineering skills

Experience designing and conducting data collection tasks

Data analysis regarding quality and biases
