A high-performing nursery group is seeking a Staff Development & Quality Lead responsible for training staff and ensuring quality across multiple sites. This role involves leading training initiatives, coaching, and supporting team members to enhance their skills. Ideal candidates will have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience in mentoring, and a strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards. Job Title: Staff Development & Quality Lead
Salary: From £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full Time – 42.5 hours per week
Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
Location: Multi-site across Greater Manchester
Driving licence & car: Essential
