A leading educational institution in West Alvington is seeking a passionate Staff Developer to guide and grow their instructional team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, significant teaching experience, and a strong commitment to professional development. This role involves firsthand coaching, designing impactful training, and actively participating in school community activities. A salary range of $87k-$92k is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Amber Charter Schools strictly follow a salary schedule for each role to ensure our continued commitment towards pay equity. The expected salary range for this role is $87k- $92k, depending on verified relevant work experience, highest level of completed education, and required certifications and/or licenses for the role. This is an exempt position.
