Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD platform and developer experience across a global engineering org. You will design production-grade delivery infrastructure, contribute hands-on in Go and Python, and push AI-assisted workflows into the SDLC for faster, safer releases.

You will lead delivery at scale, partner with cloud and platform teams, and influence engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI/CD platforms at scale with security and governance.
• Hands-on Go production experience; comfort with Python is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across time zones and senior engineers.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling in delivery workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CI/CD architecture and developer-facing experience.
• Drive improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability.
• Define paved paths for product teams to ship safely without deep platform knowledge.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process from code merge to production.
• Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows to boost productivity.
• Evolve the Internal Developer Portal and self-service capabilities.
