Job summary

Graphcore seeks a Bristol-based Staff Cloud Engineer to develop and deploy private and public cloud services for AI compute. You will join the Cloud Platform team, shaping how internal users access large-scale AI systems and ensuring availability as hardware and software evolve.

You will operate OpenStack-based services, automate deployment with IaC tools, and improve observability across the fleet, spanning Graphcore hardware, servers, switches and storage.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience with proven ability to scope and deliver technical infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Operate OpenStack-based services and extend them.
• Automate deployment with infrastructure-as-code.
• Improve observability across the fleet.
• Benchmark, validate and optimise systems across Graphcore hardware and software.
• Own critical infrastructure to keep services available.
