Mint People is seeking experienced Premium Hospitality Bartenders to work in exclusive lounges and VIP areas at top stadiums and live event venues in the UK.

You will join a team delivering first-class service, with weekly pay and competitive hourly rates (£10.85–£13.45). Flexible shifts and career development opportunities are available.

This temporary role requires energy, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, evenings and weekend event days.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, premium bars, stadium hospitality, hotels, events or high-volume venues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Confidence in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of premium beverages and wine service is advantageous.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and major event days.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Providing attentive and professional service within VIP hospitality areas and premium lounges.
• Serving wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails, and draught products confidently and efficiently.
• Handling customer transactions and operating till systems accurately.
• Managing stock levels, replenishing products, and maintaining an organised bar area.
• Ensuring bars, glassware, and service areas are maintained to exceptional presentation standards.
• Building rapport with guests and delivering a personalised hospitality experience.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Following all licensing, health & safety, and venue procedures at all times.

Your Role

As a Premium Hospitality Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class service to VIP guests and corporate clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

Providing attentive and professional service within VIP hospitality areas and premium lounges.

Serving wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails, and draught products confidently and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Previous bartending experience within hospitality, premium bars, stadium hospitality, hotels, events, or high-volume venues.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A professional appearance and positive attitude.

Confidence working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong teamwork and organisational skills.

Knowledge of premium beverages, wine service, and hospitality standards is advantageous.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and major event days.

Mint People is acting as an employment business. Hourly pay rates are dependent on experience, age, role, and venue.
