Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers for a permanent, full-time role in Sheffield. You’ll join a well-established client and enjoy year-round, consistent work with 5 shifts per week and some weekend rota obligations.

Pay is competitive PAYE: Days £15.11/hour and Nights £16.92/hour. You must hold a HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, with up to 6 points allowed and the ability to complete an onsite driving assessment.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
• Ability to complete onsite driving assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering parcels to Delivery Units.
• Operating the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed professionally.
• Keeping paperwork accurate and up to date.
• Following all company health, safety and operational procedures.
