Qualifications

• Previous bulldozer operating experience.
• CPCS/NPORS or equivalent plant certification.
• Experience in quarrying, aggregates, earthworks or construction environments.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating bulldozers safely and efficiently across the quarry site.
• Carrying out grading, leveling and material handling activities.
• Managing stockpiles and haul road maintenance.
• Supporting quarry production and site improvement projects.
• Conducting daily plant checks and reporting defects.
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider operational team.
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and operational.
