You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead investigations when needed, and contribute to risk governance while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provision of technical support for complex issues within service management for a client or group of clients.
• Analysis of system logs, error messages and user reports to identify root causes and provide resolutions by fixing hardware, reinstalling software, or applying configuration changes.
• Automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, and business continuity planning.
• Actively tune monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerting to ensure issues are known when they occur.
