Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer II to design, build, and scale core platform services that orchestrate data, content, and execution logic across CrowdStrike products.

You will lead backend initiatives, work on cloud-based detection systems, and drive performance and reliability at internet scale. You will collaborate with multiple teams, mentor colleagues, and champion new technologies while owning end-to-end responsibilities from design to production.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Understanding scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Experience with Go or C++ and distributed data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering efforts from prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products.
• Leverage cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to define and build features.
• Mentor other developers on web, backend, and data storage technologies.
