As the Customer Program Manager on the LEAP program, you will play a pivotal role in representing GE Aerospace on execution of key CFM Services agreements in the Europe & Africa region. This role is critical to ensuring the success of the CFM LEAP program, maintaining fleet stability, and driving operational excellence through innovative practices and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Horizontally lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive excellence in contract management, execution, and profitability by collaborating across diverse teams.
- Achieve Operational Targets: Ensure shop visit targets are met while supporting fleet stability and reliability.
- Activate Flight Deck: Utilize GE Aerospace's lean operating model, Flight Deck, to enhance processes and problem solving.
- Champion GE Aerospace Behaviours: Foster a culture of respect for people, customer driven decisions, and continuous improvement mindset while collaborating with our Joint Venture partner Safran on the CFM program.
- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned LEAP contracts.
- Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management.
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams.
- Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.

Qualifications
- The role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Extensive experience in GE Aerospace in the areas of engineering, services, customer support, or shop operation management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
