• Lead and inspire cross-functional data squads to deliver iterative improvements on modern data platforms.
• Represent the data function in regulatory discussions and champion best-in-class data governance.
• Bring extensive experience in London Insurance Market regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in product ownership or data leadership, with hands‑on delivery of data solutions.
