About the Role

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for international shipping, aligning with eBay’s overall goals.
• Work closely with engineering, business, operations, legal, and finance teams across different international locations to drive end‑to‑end execution.
• Understand sellers’ and buyers’ cross‑border trade needs and develop solutions that address those needs.
• Prioritize features, manage the roadmap, and make trade‑offs based on customer impact and business value.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of product features from ideation and design through development and launch.
• Track key metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement in international shipping performance.
• Explore new technologies and business models to innovate and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong product management experience.
• Experience with international shipping and logistics (advantage).
