The Sr Procurement Manager – Global Capex and R&D will collaborate closely with global engineering, R&D and local manufacturing operations to meet business objectives. They will lead and facilitate the strategy and execution of cost-saving activities, adapting short- and long-term foresight to ensure Reckitt is protected contractually and service levels are delivered. They will manage multiple priorities and adjust negotiation styles to achieve desirable outcomes, and work effectively with internal parties, manufacturing sites, third parties, external bodies and corporate personnel. They will operate with a high-level view, driving strategy, compliance, and efficiency with a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) mindset.
