The Sr. Manager, Site Security is responsible for leading site‑level security strategy and operations to protect employees, assets, information, and facilities at DePuy Synthes. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of physical security programs, emergency response readiness, and risk mitigation efforts. The position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure work environment while aligning site security practices with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or a related field required
Advanced degree or relevant professional training preferred
