Overview
We are seeking a visionary and data-savvy Senior Manager HR Reporting to lead the transformation of our HR reporting strategy and adoption. This role will be instrumental in shaping a unified strategy that leverages data to drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership in HR Data
- The ideal candidate should be capable of owning and driving a global HR reporting strategy, aligning it with both business and HR objectives. This includes:
- Managing and evolving HR dashboards and KPIs that support decision-making across the organization.
- Define and execute the vision for a unified reporting and employee listening strategy.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, and Finance teams
- Connecting disparate data efforts into a unified reporting framework
- Align data and survey initiatives with broader HR and business goals.
- Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on workforce insights and trends.
- Operational Expertise
- Successful candidates ideally also have hands-on experience in:
- Data analysis and engineering, with the ability to manage technical teams and data analysis tools
- Developing predictive reporting to identify risks and engagement trends
- Creating executive dashboards that consolidate performance metrics for senior leadership
- Enhance data storytelling, predictive analytics, and workforce planning capabilities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure analytics drive decision-making.
- Strengthen data governance, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
- Lead integration of disparate data sources for a holistic view of employee experience and business performance.
- Lead the strategic transformation of reporting and listening into a future-ready, insight-driven function.
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to modernize tools, methodologies, and capabilities.
- Champion innovation through emerging technologies (AI, NLP, predictive analytics).
- Drive integration of survey and analytics platforms for seamless data flow and unified storytelling.
- Influence organizational culture by embedding data-driven listening into leadership behaviors, talent strategies, and planning.
- Serve as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic agility.

- Experience within-house reporting platforms and enterprise BI tools (e.g., Birst, DOMO, SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
