The Compliance Service Program manages Amazon's statutory pay equity reporting, including project management, data analysis, and legislative monitoring.
As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in this team, you will work with global HR policies and systems to manage pay equity and reporting requirements, translating legal obligations into system or process requirements, monitoring controls, and developing remediation plans. Projects may be driven by new legal requirements like the EU Pay Transparency Directive or emerging risks.
