Sr FinOps Analyst - AR, Finance Operations

GAR (Global Accounts Receivable) is seeking a Cash Application Analyst responsible for posting payments from wire transfers to customer accounts. This role involves cash application, reconciling payments, communicating cash adjustments, and reducing un-applied cash receipts on aged accounts receivable. The analyst will also research missing, unidentified, and rejected funds, collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment application. The successful candidate should be able to analyze reports and reconcile large data sets, effectively communicating results to management.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, and data links

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections), or general ledger
