A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to diligence potential acquisition targets in pre‑deal situations as well as help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is integrated pre‑deal due diligence assistance and supporting performing companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under‑performing with a need to reorganise or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilise financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
A&M’s Supply Chain professionals assist our clients in analysing each part of the supply chain process including strategic sourcing and procurement, logistics and distribution, integrated demand and supply planning to identify value creation opportunities, develop a roadmap to accelerate those opportunities and assist with driving them to our client’s bottom line. From our thorough fact‑based analysis, we assess the state of the supply chain, identify key risks to investment and quantify potential EBITDA improvement plans.
